What does the Pathfinder, Navara, Cabstar & NP300 have in common?… You’ve guessed it! The YD25DDTi.

This popular powerplant was redeveloped in 2005 to include a vastly improved common rail fuelling system; resulting in improvements in emissions, fuel consumption and power outputs.

The applications the YD25 is applied to are of course heavy vehicles, expected to haul yet more load in their working life; an area where this torquey lump excels. In fact, the higher output 190HP produced 450 NM of torque; to put this into perspective that’s equal to an Audi RS3!

The poor-old YD25DDTi has a hard life in general and therefore needs a good dose of TLC; that’s where FAI have the right tools for the job. Whether you’re looking at the 2006-10 or 2010- on, we’ve got cylinder heads, cams & chain kits to name just a few.
