At FAI we strive to make a difference and help those around us, we are always looking out for ways to support charities and people in need. Last week we held an Easter bake sale to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. The foundation is the largest independent funder of cardiovascular research. Founded in 1961, the charity as been running for over 50 years, during this time they have made a significant positive impact on people who have been affected by heart disease.

 

A number of people at FAI abandoned their evening routines to dedicate time to baking, cooking and buying,(shh) cakes and pastries. The team created everything from cheese and marmite twists and sausage rolls through to decadent deep fill mini egg cheesecake and gooey rocky road.

In total we raised £90 and still have some donations coming in!
