All warranty claims relating to any internal engine component must be submitted with a 120ml engine oil sample.
The oil sample must be taken from the vehicle at the same time as the component in question. This is required to give an accurate insight to the engines health and operating conditions of the component.
Failure to supply the requested oil sample will invalidate the warranty claim.
