Throwback Thursday – Sean Walker still finding his feet after the transition from the highly responsive single seaters to saloon racing in the 1989 British Touring Car Championship. The 500bhp Sierra Cosworth pictured was not only driven by FAI’s Managing Director but shared with world champion Damon Hill in the endurance leg of the 1989 championship.

Hill managed to finish 4^th in the endurance leg at Donnington and it happened to be his one and only BTCC appearance. Sean went on to finish 4^th in this race at Thruxton and 5^th overall in his class.
